Link between Smoking and Cardiovascular Diseases

Smoking is known as today’s modern fashion.  Smoking has been said to be injurious to health and it has many effects on the body. Do you know there is a vast link between smoking and cardiovascular diseases?

Smoking affects the arteries. It blocks the passage of the blood and oxygen as the plaque is formed and then it stops the flow to the heart. Due to this the fresh oxygen is not passed in the body and no blood is circulated. You face the cardiovascular diseases known as the arthrosclerosis and coronary heart diseases. If this is not taken care it may lead to heart attack.

This fatal habit can take you to death. It is so needed to quit smoking and live a healthy life.  Even if you see on the Cigarettes pack is written that smoking is injurious to health.
